Donation History Control Overview

As of 7.6.0, this control has been visually redesigned for optimal performance for mobile users.

The Donation History control displays a web user's previous FND donations to your organization. As of 7.6.0, this control ALSO displays any orders created for INV or MTG products in which the Is a Donation checkbox is checked on the General Setup screen in the Product Maintenance. For more information, please see Defining General Meeting Product Information and/or Defining General Inventoried Product Information. Additionally, any orders for MBR products with a Record Type of "Donation" will also display in this control. For more information, please see Defining General Membership Product Information.

 

From this control, web users can proceed to the Pay Open Balances control to pay for donation balances due.

Customer Impact

After setting up the Donation History control, your web users will see the control similar to the one displayed below.

The web user can click the Printable View link to view a print preview of his/her donation history where he/she can print the donation history for his/her records.

The Print preview cannot be viewed in Firefox. The document will go directly to the printer. This is a functionality of the browser, not the control.   

The web user can click the hyperlinked name of the donation to open the Donation Thank You control for the selected donation. For more information, please see Donation Thank You Control Overview.

 

If the web user clicks Pay Now, he/she will be taken to the Pay Open Balances control and the applicable donation will be selected by default.
